I’m Dan Golding - a business analyst, systems designer and founder based in Hockley, Essex, working with established owner-managed businesses across the UK.
For years I’ve sat in the gap between how businesses actually run - the spreadsheets, the inboxes, the “we’ve always done it this way” - and the world of software that’s supposed to help. Alongside this work I run my own software development business, so I’m not theorising about custom systems. I know exactly what they cost, when they pay off, and when they’re the wrong answer.
